Min: Russian producers secure half server, system supplies in 2022

MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) -- Russian producers have provided 45–50% of servers and data storage systems in the country in 2022, Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadayev said late on Wednesday.

“Many our manufacturers have been raising their share on the market in recent years, and now almost 45 to 50% of the 2022 supplies of servers and data storage systems are represented by Russian producers that solve the problem with components and supplies of final equipment,” Shadayev said.

He added that user devices are brought to the country thanks to parallel imports and an active position of Chinese producers.
